Because of Jeff’s background in commercial construction, Jeff Hunt Construction formerly known as Heritage Construction Services began taking on light commercial projects in 2011. To date, Jeff Hunt Construction has completed over $5 million worth of ground-up commercial work, tenant buildouts, and commercial remodeling throughout the Greater Houston area. These projects have involved complex site drainage and underground utility work, integrated fire suppression and alarm systems, and unique structural foundations.
At Jeff Hunt Construction, we understand the nuances and differences between commercial and residential construction and accordingly use different trade partners on each to achieve optimal results. All of our commercial work must be in compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act because they are public facilities.
